263 mass shootings in America in the first 150 days of 2023...but, heck... like you say, you can't bubble-wrap the world!
America leads the world this year in mass shootings! At least we're number one in SOMETHING!

You pointed out things you said were "common sense" gun laws. I said those were already laws and you gave up on that part of your argument to talk about mass shootings. Doesn't that kind of go to show those laws don't stop gun violence?
The criteria for mass shootings is bogus. It is 3 or more people. That is used to hype up mass shootings to make people thing we actually had 263 Sandy Hooks this years. The biggest portion of guns being used in killing is suicide. Right behind that is gang on gang gun violence. You can have gang violence where you 3 or more are shot at a time. This also accounts for a lot of the "mass" shootings.
The issue really is mental health and a lack of family structure in inner city neighborhoods. More gun laws will not solve these problems.
